Homeowners might be spending more time indoors, but the Jason’s Water team is still open for business and available for repairs, replacements, and virtual consultations.If you need maintenance, please submit this form. Our technicians are able to service all types of water softeners, even if you didn’t get it from us.If you need a new water system, our sales team is available for virtual consultations. We are available to discuss our products and even set up your installation appointment. We are taking extra precautionary measures to protect our customers and employees during in-person appointments, such as:
- Limiting in-person interactions with our customers: no handshakes and a reasonable distance of 6ft
- Rescheduling appointments if you are under the weather, to minimize exposure to our maintenance team
- Urging our team to follow enhanced guidelines to minimize risk: washing hands, sanitizing tools, and wearing gloves
